Who is FBlueBill.com? We provide billing support and customer service for ChargePay BV. Apart from that, FBlueBill.com is not affiliated with the website providing the services you subscribe to. The owner/operator of each website is solely responsible for its content, and promotional material they may distribute and the means of such distribution.
What is an Order ID? When you purchase a subscription, membership, or other product, you are issued an order ID made of 8 digits then followed by 3 letters, a "-" and then 4 digits (86149456FAM-1111). You will receive your order ID from the online approval screen and in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always keep a record of your order ID and use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative.
Can I get information on the membership / product I have purchased ?

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why? A sales confirmation / receipt email is sent with each order that FBlueBill.com processes. You must enter a valid email address each time that you make a purchase to ensure that you'll receive your confirmation/receipt. Please note that many email accounts are now protected by spam filters that often intercept automatically generated emails such as these: Please make sure you check your junk mail folder if you have this option activated on your email. To search for a reply from us, it should be coming from the Billingsupport@epoch.com address.
